At Autonimate, LLC, we are committed to delivering your order efficiently and accurately. Please review our fulfillment policy below:
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 6pm EST will be processed the following business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping
- We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination.
- Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the U.S.
- Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.
- We currently ship to USA.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.
4. Delivery Issues
- If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@autonimate.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the shipping carrier.
5. Order Modifications
- If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@autonimate.com within 1 Hour of placing the order. After this time, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.
7. Returns & Exchanges
- Hardware Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 Business Days.
