  • Orders submitted after 6:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details will be provided.

2. Shipping

Autonimate, LLC offers both standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method and destination.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 3–5 business days within the United States.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee and processed on a priority basis.
  • Service Area: Shipping is currently limited to addresses within the United States.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.

4. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Please note that Autonimate, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier errors, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Order Modifications

To modify or cancel an order, please contact us within one hour of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This number can be used to monitor the delivery status through the carrier’s website.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Hardware items may be returned or exchanged within 30 business days of receipt. All items must be in original condition and include any packaging or accessories.
